Dipping Peanut Sauce is a thick soy bean sauce used for dipping rolls. It is made with Hoisin soybean paste sauce, peanut butter, fried garlic and water. Grounded peanuts and Sriracha hot sauce can also be added depending on taste.

Dipping Peanut Sauce is a thick soy bean sauce used for dipping rolls. It is made with Hoisin soybean paste sauce, peanut butter, fried garlic and water. Grounded peanuts and Sriracha hot sauce can also be added depending on taste.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Hoisin Sauce
- 1/3 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Fry minced garlic with vegetable oil until light golden.
- Add water, then stir in Hoisin Sauce, peanut butter and bring sauce to a boil. Remove from heat and serve.
